In 2022 HOK Consulting was established in Liverpool, and the company was founded by Jake Kelly, who is an experienced sales professional with experience on both large corporate and SME recruitment consultancy. His focus was on relationships and very deep technical knowledge and long-term value.
Today Jake leads the team clearly and energetically, and with a steadfast knowledge that great companies are realised by great people.

Jake built HOK with a mission – to break the mold of the traditional model in exchange for providing strategic value, not just placements.

I have progressed from junior recruiter to senior consultant in less than a year since joining HOK.
