Team Leader - CONTRACT / PERM
• Leader +5 headcount
• £11,250 per head per month for a rolling 6 months
• Blanking rate no more than 33% through the billing period
• Developed x1 Consultant to Senior
• Developed x2 Trainees to Consultant
• Leader must maintain Senior Consultant performance
Trainee Consultant - CONTRACT
• Achieve 5 deals (a "pull and place" counts as 2 deals, resource deals count as 1), with at least one being a pull and place.
PERMANENT
• Complete 2 pull & place (end-to-end 360 placement) deals within a 3-month period. Consistent performance over the 3 months is required for promotion.
Consultant - CONTRACT
• Maintain a minimum weekly book value of £5,000 for 2 consecutive months.
• Generate £100,000 in new business sales within the last 6 months.
• Close at least 6 deals in the last 6 months, including £75,000 in new business from 100% owned deals.
PERMANENT
• Achieve £100,000 in new business sales or £100,000 in white-boarded sales over the past 6 months.
Lead Consultant - CONTRACT / PERM
• Lead a team of 2 trainee consultants.
• Generate £12,500 per consultant, per month, over a rolling 6-month period.
• Maintain a blanking rate of no more than 33% during the billing period.
• Meet or exceed Senior Consultant performance benchmarks.
Principal Consultant - CONTRACT
• Minimum of 4 years with the company.
• Consistently invoice £300,000 annually for 3 consecutive years.
• This level must be earned; no external hires will be brought in at this stage.
PERMANENT
• 4 years tenure and £300,000 invoiced annually for 3 consecutive years.
Senior Consultant - CONTRACT
• Maintain a weekly book value of £6,500 for 2 consecutive months (3 Monthly Billing Reviews - MBRs).
• Generate £100,000 in new business sales over the last 6 months.
• Blanking rate no more than 33% through the billing period
PERMANENT
• Achieve an average of £16.6k per month over a rolling 3-month period to be eligible for a lead role post-promotion.
Managing Principal - CONTRACT
• Minimum 4 years with the business
• £300,000 invoiced for 3 consecutive years
• Must be earned, no one is hired at this level
PERMANENT
• Minimum 4 years with the business

Billing manager
• Targets will be discussed with your director
